4-H Cooking 101: Kitchen Basics
Learn kitchen basics, including safety, following recipes, mise-en-place, knife skills, measuring, seasoning, and cleaning. Limited to 20 participants. Open to youth ages 9-18. Registration is considered COMPLETE when online information and fee payment are completed. Deadline to enroll & Pay is February 5th! Want to pay in person? Stop by the Extension Office at 111 Opportunity Way, Etown to pay with cash, check or card.
Notes - This class is open to any youth who HAVE NOT previously taken the 4-H Cooking 101 class.
